o-tooltip in hover mode has a cross to close it

Is this a boog for o-tooltip in the hover mode? The cross to remove it looks unneeded. Just screen-shotting the demo to show it's there. I can't click on the cross because to reach it I have to leave the target and the tooltip will close when I leave the target.

Thanks for flagging, that's definitely a boog. We'd like to audit tooltip to fix accessibility issues and add usage guidelines - this would be a good one to clean up as part of an audit
