Upgrade obt to the latest versions of all its deps

It's stuck right now, via npm-shrinkwrap.json, to specific working versions. karam breaks, sinon breaks, if you remove the npm shrinkwrap. we should fix this, because we can't make any changes to obt or any of its dependencies until we can get rid of the shrinkwrap
