Consider adding manpage?

Hello there!

I have packaged mkcert in Debian (currently waiting in NEW queue). Would you consider a PR adding install instructions on Debian when the package made it to unstable?

Also it could be great to have a manpage for mkcert. (the current one is generated with help2man)
