Various plots not visible

Describe the bug For the attached project, various plots are not shown.

To Reproduce The bug was reported by Barbara. We just open VIAN with the project (available below, movie on synology server) and navigate to the plots. Probably the error for the palette plot happened before (analysis.hdf5 shows incomplete data)
