Inexplicable vocabulary dialogue (VFX Library) when reopening a project

Describe the bug When I wanted to open an already existing project this dialogue appeared, although I had done nothing with VFX or other vocabularies in the project. I was able to press "No" several times without the message disappearing. Only when I clicked on "Yes" the message disappeared and the project was loaded.

Expected behavior The dialog should not appear at all when starting the project.

Could you please attach the project file (*.eext)? With the above description, I cannot reproduce the issue.
