Register/notarize with Apple

Problem to solve At the moment, VIAN is not registered with Apple which means that it can't run out of the box. Opening the application results in a warning and the suggestion to delete the app. While the app can be be made to run by explicitly allowing it in the security preferences, this is very confusing for unexperienced user who will probably end up deleting VIAN.
