Deploy endpoint functions to specific functions

I just have a question... I don't get how to specify the region in which endpoint function should be deployed. More specifically, I want to deploy them to multiple regions. I would be very happy to get an answer to this, perhaps with a code example :)

Hey, we haven't done regions support yet. What would be needed for that to get added?
