Fix - disable cloud services

As I initially saw in fs aside from disabling services those have to be removed from restartd.conf file. If no-one take care of it soon, I'll in free time.

It is already in the script valhalla.sh using the options.. But feel free to add it somewhere else

It is true... Something was happening there I cannot remember now. The problem was related to some Xiaomi services been dependent to initialize the camera... Lack of time

@willthrom hmm.. maybe S93miio_client, I'm not sure yet what is switching night mode vs daily. Maybe you know?

The switching is done automatically as far as I remember however you can disable it.
