[Feature] Translate entire page, not only what's in the viewport

This extension only translates the text that's currently showing in the viewport.

This means that when scrolling through a web page, there is always a noticeable delay until the new text gets translated.

The google translation built into chrome translates the entire web page so even when scrolling there is no delay and when the text is rendered on your screen it's already translated. This results in a much more fluid user experience.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option to translate the entire webpage, not only what is currently showing in the viewport. This is the same behaviour as the built-in translation on chrome
