Add details of what's new in newer versions being released in Microsoft Store

Its a sincere request to please add brief information of what's new in newer versions of EarTrumpet. It will help us know what to expect from this update and update accordingly.

What you can also do is add brief info in MS Store and detailed info of what bugs are fixed/new features on here on Github.

Hi @Cyberdroid1, our changelog is located at https://github.com/File-New-Project/EarTrumpet/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

We used to put this information directly into the Microsoft Store metadata, however the Store, for years, did not show the What's New section to users that had already installed EarTrumpet at least once. We'll have to re-evaluate if this is still true for all the platforms we support.

Any chance you could make GitHub releases with changelogs?

They have the benefit of being observable unlike single file in the repository ("Watch" at the top of the repository > Custom > Releases - then they show up on https://github.com/notifications page with each new release).

This way users wouldn't have to open the repository and search for the file each time to check what's new, they could just read it with everything else on the GH notifications page :)
