More then 3 Actions will not be saved.

Summary

More then 3 Actions will not be saved. They are gone, if I reopen the settings right after I closed them (yes I pressed the Disk-Icon, yes the other changes like renaming the 3 existing actions is saved)

Steps to reproduce

Close the settings and reopen

EarTrumpet version

2.3.0.99

Windows version

10.0.22000.2538

EDIT

I believe it is, because I installed the Dev version over hte previous release version. I had 3 Entries before. Now in dev, I can edit them, they will be saved, but any new ones will not be saved - even exporting will not include them.
