reboot and no device identified anymore, no hotkeys work anymore (in Settings: Actions)

Summary

Every 2 or 3 reboots / turn on PC, the device is not found anymore.

Audio Devices HDMI: Hisense TV (this is not always on), DisplayPort: Acer Predator, USB: LG G933

Instead of the device name, it shows some strange IDs. I have to re-add the same device again.

In this screenshot, you see, I have added the same device each time it turned into an ID (I left the IDs, in case it would return to one of the IDs ... it never did)

Steps to reproduce

Shut down the PC each day ...
