Horizontal scroll bar appears in volume mixer at 150% display scaling

Summary

Every other display scaling works as expected, but 150% scaling produces a horizontal scroll bar that only scrolls a few pixels. The bar appears even with 1 audio output. The display in the video/screenshot is set to 3840x2160, but I've also tested one at 2560x1440 which produced the same behavior.

Steps to reproduce

Set Windows scaling to 150%.
