Incorrect accent colours on Windows 10 (LTSC/21H2)

I'm not sure where the accent colour is pulled from but the colour it uses is very different from the accent colour I have set. It's using a much less saturated colour.

I swear it used to match on older 2.X releases (but the only version I could get to match is 1.5.3, all 2.X versions don't).

I found a screenshot confirming it did use the correct colour at some point (or at least a much closer one): image
