Use Developer VM doesn't work

Bug description "Use developer VM" doesn't work This option is for plugin development, so you can use debugger in the sandbox thread and stuff like that, but the checkbox doesn't do anything. When you enable it, the plugin title should change to something containing "Developer VM", but it's not happening.
