Sliders (e.g. radius, width/height) hit edges of screen instead of looping, also not responding to cursor height for fine-tune/large adjustments

Bug description Describe what happened
When I try to adjust, for example, radius on a component via the right side panel, instead of looping to the opposite edge of the screen when the cursor hits the edge of the screen like it should, it stops at the edge of the screen. Same thing for adjusting how fast the adjustment goes by moving the cursor higher or lower.
