I'm not too picky how the api looks, as long as I can have my menu item that creates / destroys the inspector.

Inspector should be able to inspect any top level juce component. For plugins it's mostly fine to only inspect one component, but the applications I work on have multiple desktop...

I do LV2 builds for Linux. Is there any demand for LV2 on Windows or macOS? CLAP I haven't looked into, but now that I've switched to CMake, I've heard...
