Close / open project, name switches to Default

Step - Beat setting below 1/8 = not working. 1/8 and above settings are working.

This is with the Step assigned to the Delay CF parameter. Length setting does not help. Am I doing something out of functional range? Or is this a bug?

Other things I found, in the ADSR panel when the decay is set to 0 and the sustain down low there is a nasty click at the end of sounds....

Is there a way to scale or adjust the velocity sensitivity? I see that it exists in the modulations panel, but I don't know how to use it
