Store user settings in GM values instead of localStorage

On Local Storage, I kept losing my settings across browser restarts, probably because I have "Delete cookies and site data" ticked on my Firefox. I would have to add each archive site to the exceptions. The GM Values API is reliable and indeed intended for storing things like settings.
