Top level (engine) WAL

In order to propagate all changes in the evita engine across the entire cluster, we need to implement WAL log for top-level engine operations such as

  • create catalog
  • drop catalog
  • rename catalog
  • replace catalog
  • load catalog
  • unload catalog

The WAL should also be properly vacuumed and visualized in evitaLab.
