Feature Request: Picarto.tv support

Greetings. Picarto.tv now has an API: https://docs.picarto.tv/api/ Would be nice to have it implemented.

API endpoint: https://api.picarto.tv/v1/ (i.e. for /online - https://api.picarto.tv/v1/online) Besides /online request channel info also has online field: https://api.picarto.tv/v1/channel/name/{channel_name} Thumbnails could be received by: https://thumb.picarto.tv/thumbnail/{channel_name}.jpg

I probably could do that, but I'm not familiar with this bot source, and I don't want to make own from the scratch. Thank You.
