[BUG] Texture Opacity on Templates not working correctly

Open warhammering opened this issue 1 year ago • 2 comments

Module Version: v0.6.5.0 Foundry Version: v11.309 Game System: Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 4th Edition v7.03 Browser: Chrome v 118.0.5993.118 and Brave v 1.59.124

Describe the bug When I try to apply an effect and add an opacity is not working correctly, the opacity disappear after a while and it goes to full even if the settings show the opacity, I only need to hover over. So for example I try to add flames effect and change the opacity to 0.4 image Once I add the template it works as intended image But as soon as I hover over, it removes the opacity image When I go to the setting the setting is still at 0.4

I have tried to deactivate other modules and is the same issue. This is happening in Forge VTT I have not tried locally since I only run the games via Forge.

I am seeing this behaviour too, but only when "Default template grid on hover" is disabled.

Actually I can also temporarily trigger this behaviour even when ""Default template grid on hover" is enabled, by selecting the different controls on the left hand side of foundry (Token Controls, Measurement Controls etc). When any of those buttons are clicked, the opacity of the templates are briefly set to 100%, until you move you mouse back onto the canvas.

Also, when the Measurement Controls are selected, and you move your mouse over the icon for a template, it briefly flashes with full opacity.
