[BUG] Effects not displaying correctly

Describe the bug Many effects are displaying oddly

To Reproduce Either add a Flames Special Effect to a Template, or use one of the preconfigured Macros to apply to a token

Expected behavior The effect should appear visually as flames but appears as strange black & white static
