12hrs+ "Party" with some issues

Hi Festify,

Yesterday I've had a 12hrs+ "party". While party was running we had some issues. Partycode (in case you have some kind of logging) 545116

• randomly top voted song disappeared from top place without being played. It was most likely happening when I was logged in as admin via my phone and voted / added new songs. But I can not tell for sure, that disappearing happened only, when I was currently looking into the list.

• When a new song is added, it receives 1 vote and will be sorted at the end of the one votes. Thats correct. If I vote an existing song, this song is sorted to the top of the #-of votes category instead of being sorted to the end.

• we had one case of complete freeze. I needed to disconnect the laptop from wifi and re connect. Luckely the party code survived.

• For 20 songs or so, the fanart was not updated with the current playing song, but was showing Jan Delay for about an hour.....

I can confirm your first two bullet points:

• I just had a party with a 12+ hours playlist and some of the top voted songs just skipped without any reasonable context. It happened about five times that evening. It had nothing to do with the songs itself. We voted some of those songs again and they where played without any problem. I really cannot catch the issue here...

• The strange sorting of new added vs. voted songs I experienced as well. Is there any logic behind it?

Hey @mrclschstr, thanks for providing additional information regarding the issue. We've experienced those problems as well and are trying to fix them. It's a bit complicated because, as you've said, these bugs rarely happen and we haven't been able to reliably reproduce them yet. We'll keep you posted on any progress :)
