Updated MAVEN repositories and added active NBT tag to steam boiler

The file "elucent:albedo:2.0-SNAPSHOT" could not be found on any of the configured MAVEN repositories. This have been updated to the same version as in Immersive Engineering.

The NBT tag "active" has been added to the boiler multiblock machine. This is for comparatility with other mods like Pollution of the Realms.

This is pretty nice that people still contribute, but it seems that this mod has been replaced by Immersive Technology. I really don't know if those changes should be merged or not.

I know. This was before i noticed that a new port of the mod was being made. Since then i've abandoned Immersive Tech to give feedback and issues to the other mod before you made this comment, because it seems that Immersive Technology is atleast going to port the mod to 1.13+
