Boiler uses a fluid handler from IE. It uses the same fuels to power up the diesel generator from IE

The boiler ought to be able to use a wider range of fuels, albeit with lower efficiency than the diesel generator. For example, anything that the chemthrower can ignite should logically work in the boiler, including creosote and ethanol.
