nonlinear geometries

  • to_triangles under resolves nonlinear geometry/fields
  • drawing edges(cell) or faces(cell) for cell::AbstractCell draws only a linear line

I can include a software tessellation in #16 to resolve part of this issue. However this may collide with other features and merging in master will become more complicated.

What do you suspect to collide? And no probs, I can take care of merging with master :)

I expect that the lifting PR (as it is) may break partially, because I disconnect the data and the adaptivity changes the topology. I will tackle it next weekend.

E.g. deformation can induce adaption of some triangles to follow the geometry.
