load params: data/yolov3.weights 1 predicted in 5.306 seconds, tt1

How can I speedup? for example, only detect person, by using less time. Thank you very much!

1 predicted in 5.097 seconds #The result: 5.097s was run in Tesla M40 in windows 2016 Server. And I think for 1 image, 5s is really too much time~
