Implement XDG Desktop Portal backend

This PR implements XDG Desktop Portal screensharing in wl-mirror. The branch is still WIP, but let's create the PR so it's there already.

This is still far far far from ready. It's full of hardcoded things, no actual format listing, no SHM support, and really needs to be cleaned up.
