Feature Request: Desired/Default amd_pstate_epp energy_performance_preference setting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With the amd_pstate=active EPP driver introduced in kernel 6.3, enabling the performance governor forces the energy_performance_preference setting to performance as well. When switching back to the powersave governor, energy_performance_preference remains set to performance and needs to be manually set back to whatever other setting might be desired. This situation occurs when starting an application with gamemoderun and then exiting it when starting from the powersave governor.

Describe the solution you'd like desiredepp and defaultepp settings to cover the various combinations introduced with the EPP driver. Restoring the starting energy_performance_preference setting as already handled with the governor should also be considered.
