Gamemode using Intel instead of Nvidia

Describe the bug The title says it all, I have reinstalled gamemode and only using the provided default gamemode.ini config given form your github.

To Reproduce Steps used to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open steam
2. Run game CSGO with launch option gamemoderun %command%

Expected behavior Should Launch CSGO with my nvidia gpu but the perfomance in-game and nvidia-smi says CSGO is not using nvidia.

Additional context It was working all fine but the issue started around after I used this command GAMEMODERUNEXEC="env __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia __VK_LAYER_NV_optimus=NVIDIA_only"
