Setting as default browser doesn't work

I just installed this browser on xp pro sp3 and it keeps showing it is not the default browser.I went to the control panel and it is set to Centaury as the default browser.I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

@hawkenrifle if another browser is set as default browser then try to disable it first

I use Thunderbird as my E-Mail Client and when I click on a link in the e-mail,Centaury opens and goes to the correct website.

@hawkenrifle Centaury is already your default browser, if you want to hide the message on startup just uncheck the case ''always perform the...''
