Show hints instead of powershell exceptions

jenv -> does nothing jenv -h -> shows help, but is not listed in the help message jenv remove -> thows Exception, should say it needs a name jenv remove asd -> says Succesfully deleted, It should say there wasn't a JEnv with this name

Exceptions should be catched.
