Almost works in MS Word, any possible way to make it work for good?

iI'm very grateful for SketchyVim. I use it every single day, and switched from Apple Mail to MailMate so I could use it for emailing.

Today I discovered with amazement that SketchyVim kinda works in MS Word – normal mode, visual mode and motions work rather well. But commands like d, c, s do not. I know that some text fields break the Accessibility API and that we can't expect SketchyVim to work anywhere, but at the same time it would be so cool if we could use Vim motions in Word. Is there any hope someone knowing C could fork this and get it to work, or is it a hard limitation?
