Reverse graph direction

Thank you for sketchybar, it's a solid project!

I was hoping to request a feature (or find out about it if it already exists) where we can reverse the direction of the graph so that new values appear on the right instead of the left. This would line up with other graphing solutions such as Grafana where time runs along the X axis increasing from left to right.

I had a look through the documentation but I can't find anything that would let me flip the graph.
