当加载失败的某URL的时候，自动提示加入规则

现在经常发现某个网页加载不出来，加过用开发者工具一看��
�只是某一个资源加载不出来，导致整个网页不显示。
然后我需要手动拷贝URL, 
然后改一改，添加到规则表里面，非常麻烦！
