Globe Color / Active Page Proxy Text Not Updating

What's the problem? (e.g. The expected output and the actual output.)

I have auto switch enabled and a rule for *whatismyip*. The web page is 
reporting that my proxy is being used, but if I hover the globe it is saying 
Active Page Proxy: Direct Connection and the globe color is not changing to 
match my profile.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visiting the website with attached backup settings
Any web page with a switch rule, in this case whatismyip.com

What's your operating system and which version of Chrome/Chromium are you
using?

I can confirm that this is caused by incorrect wildcard handling logic in the 
matching part (but not in the switching part).

I will try to fix it.
