Proxy SwitchySharp not visible, reinstall shows "downgrade"?

OS: Windows 7 
Chrome: Version 37.0.2062.103 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Do not know, Proxy SwitchySharp could not be seen in Chrome, also not found 
under extensions. If I try to install it new, Chrome have it not marked as 
installed, but if I try to install it, Chrome said after Checking: you have 
tried an Downgrade (free translated/ I have an german UI).
