Feature Request - Auto-spawn `ssh -D` associated with proxy

I love the product and thought that one thing which would be mightily convenient would be to have a shell ssh command associated with each proxy server setting - such that if the local Listener port was missing - it would spawn an ssh -D<localport> dest.host to establish the local SOCKS 5 listener. I would not think that would be too hard but I am not an extension developer...

Same for me, very nice tool but I was looking for a call to open/close the ssh tunnel like rlynch-bitpusher mentioned.
