Problem description / 问题描述

One can install google chrome downloading with other browser working behind proxy. However, if system proxy is not configured, chrome cannot connect to internet. So this extension cannot be installed in chrome if chrome is not already configured to proxy.

It would be useful if the extension could be downloaded and connected to chrome so that configuring this extension, one may connect chrome to internet behind proxy without touching ubuntu proxy settings .

Yes, that is a trouble for us. My practice is to turn on the system proxy setting to download it, and turn it off after the extension takes over the browser setting.
