Different proxies for Firefox containers

I'm using SwitchyOmega with Firefox Nightly and it works just fine, but it would be nice to be able to attach proxies to containers. I guess it could be a sort of workaround for #646

I have no idea if it's technically possible, though.

Extensions and settings seem to be shared among containers so no. Plus, I don't think there is a way to get the container for each request in PAC.

Now depends on #1543. Note that Container ID is still not directly available, but we may be able to somehow get the container ID from the tabId. Therefore, we must finish #1543 before we can do this.

Considering this would be a workaround for #1543, I'd prioritize on #1543 first and we should discuss again to see if most use cases are covered by #1543.

This has been mostly solved from the other side now. Firefox containers have been updated to allow per container proxy settings.
