cant enable plugin from file/defsettings

After installation I am able to set the required directory and main file in the webstorm/preferences menu. But when I would like to enable the settings for my project it doesnot allow me. After clicking OK the settings window doesnot close.

Briefly I see an error in webstorm but it doesnot allow me to click and view that.

I tried using the standard piblic directory and standard main.js file, but also the requirejs plugin doesnot work.

I am using version Webstorm 10.04 build 141.1550
