writing silently fails, Nautilus can't eject the drive
No error is displayed in the GUI application and a FedoraMediaWriter* file isn't created on my system, but I written the program's output to a file:
$ mediawriter > /tmp/mediawriter.log 2>&1
Nautilus fails to eject the drive, displaying 'no object for D-Bus interface' error:
After removing the USB drive while the computer is turned off, the installer's (optional) integrity check soon failed. I've tried with three USB drives total, a handful times each. I've had no issues with the Fedora media writer in the past, but haven't used the program in a while.

Hi,
I unfortunately have no idea what you are unable to eject the drive in Nautilus, not sure if this is an issue in Fedora Media Writer. The integrity check is this issue https://github.com/FedoraQt/MediaWriter/issues/669 and it's known, but harmless and you will be able to install Fedora without any issue. This is most likely caused by the drive being mounted after Fedora is written onto it.
I got the exact same issue, cannot eject afterwards with same "DBus" message. Although I don't think writing failed for me.
running Fedora writer from Debian.
