As a operator, I would like to deploy a Hive cluster as the FATE storage provider because since FATE v1.7.0, Hive is supported to be storage engine.

Elaborate on the user story with more details about what the customer/user is asking for.

Per the request from Webank and the community user, Hive is required by some customer as storage engine. As KubeFATE contributor, we need to support deploy Hive similar what we support to Spark, a standalone chart.
