Describe the bug Version：FATE v1.8.0 Deployment method: KubeFATE, k8s, FATE_on_Spark + Pulsar. FATE Job: hetero_sbt. For both Guest and Host, the dataset is 10000*1000.

It will appear in one run, or increase the dataset size or run the task several times.
