cheatsheets.zip domain not loading
When I go to https://cheatsheets.zip/ I get a very fast "Server Not Found" error, probably because my DNS provider is blocking the entire .zip top-level domain due to its potential for use in domain-spoofing attacks. (See here and here for a couple articles from 2023 about the potential for such attacks; the second one mentions that some ISPs were planning to block the entire .zip TLD wholesale).
Obviously I'm not asking you to get my ISP to change their DNS policies. But I thought you should be aware that not everyone will be able to access the cheatsheets.zip site, and you might want to consider switching to a different top-level domain instead of .zip so that your site won't be collateral damage when ISPs decide to block the entire .zip TLD.
Hey rmunn, Appreciate you taking the time to let me know about the DNS access issues with the .zip domain. It's a super helpful heads-up. You're absolutely right about the domain-spoofing concerns with .zip TLDs - I wasn't fully aware so many ISPs were blocking it.
