Raspberry Pi4 Build

We desire a Raspberry Pi4 build of the FeatureBase server.

Likely involves removing some bits so it will compile.

featurebase will only run on 64bit platforms. If you install raspbian 64bit on the pi4 it should work, i have built the 64bit binary, but i haven't upgraded raspbian yet so i can't run it

Will also try a build.

I got it running on iOS yesterday easily .
