Pilosa does not start up and reports error on opening fields, shutdown was graceful

Pilosa will not start

normal startup

Steps to reproduce the behavior

load the attached CSV perform a graceful shutdown start up Pilosa

Information about your environment (OS/architecture, CPU, RAM, cluster/solo, configuration, etc.)

Linux CentOS 7 - 3.10.0-957.el7.x86_64 tuned: hpc-compute Intel Enterprise SSD for the data

Pilosa 1.4 self compiled using the make files from github

the source csv to import the index/field as well the shard file can be provided. The shard-file is 4.5GB and the source-csv is 2.4 GB.

Success criteria (What criteria will consider this ticket closeable?)

Pilosa can load a correct shard file from disk.
