Does not work on <code> and <td> when they have background defined

Thanks for this awesome magic and zero configuration functionality.

I've tested it on my webpage and realized that it works everywhere except on <code> and <td> elements when it has background property set to something.

I wish to override at those in same way we override e.g. inputs. I can send a PR if it sounds godo.

Everything else looks perfect.
