Create GTK-2 theme

Some apps (like lxappearance and disks) use GTK-2 , which didn't look great. Some text was unreadable and overall look was very different from 4/3 themes. I used Graphite theme as a starting point and made GTK-2 apps look as good as GTK-3/4 ones.

I tried this pull request and it looks nice since I use qt6gtk2 and qt5gtk2 theme for qt apps. Seems like the author is not maintain this project anymore.

@SherlockH0, I am currently working on fixing all the problems with G45 and adapting G46 in Tokyonight, when I finish I will be able to make all the changes to the other themes, you could try Tokyonight to see if the problems you find in this theme, which is not updated, are still there, and as soon as I finish with Tokyonight, I will continue with the other themes.
